- Each person using the wiki should have their own account; it is permissible however to share an account within a company department.
- Be sure to include your company/plant location in the Personal biography field. Your account request will be denied if this information is not included.
- The Other information section is optional
- Your user name will automatically be set to your real name (enter both your first and last name)
- Additional information may be requested from non-SFSA-member users (U.S. military contractors and suppliers).
Once you have requested an account, you should receive an email confirmation with a link that you should follow to confirm that your email address is valid.
Important
- Accounts must be approved by SFSA before they will become active and usable.
- We work to get all new accounts approved within 1-2 business days, however during times when there is a high volume of new account requests, there may be a delay. Please be patient.
- By requesting an account, you agree to abide by the Terms of use.
- Usage of the SFSA Wiki is restricted to SFSA members, US government and their contractors.
- SFSA Wiki access by SFSA members is permitted only for the individual member to which the account is assigned, while the company/plant membership is in good standing.
- SFSA member companies with multiple locations may only share SFSA Wiki contents between company locations that are also SFSA members - transfer of materials to non-member plants is prohibited.
- Membership in SFSA is limited to companies that produce steel castings; for information about SFSA membership, contact Ryan Moore <rmoore@sfsa.org>.
- If you are a US government contractor requesting access to the wiki in order to perform work associated with a government contract, please cite the contract number in the Additional notes area on the form.
Copyright warning
Please note that the contents of this site are copyright SFSA and the authors, and are intended for use by SFSA members only and should not be redistributed - including to other plants that your company may own but that are not SFSA members.
